Understanding people’s behavioral styles is the key to improving communications, teamwork and motivation. People tend to treat others (to speak, socialize, interact, work, and even joke with) in the way they, themselves, prefer to be treated. But people are different and what works with some people shuts other people off. How do you want your employees, manager and prospects to read you?

In this workshop, we will review several behavior styles as part of DISC, which is an acronym for the four behavioral styles of Dominance, Influence, Steadiness and Conscientiousness. Everyone possess the four styles, but typically has one or two that dominate. Knowing the behavioral styles of ourselves and others helps us improve relationships and give us powerful communication tools. This knowledge can help solve potential conflicts and improve your chances of “connecting” with your prospects and clients.

At the end of this workshop the participants will:

  • Understand their own behavioral style
  • Recognize, understand and appreciate others’ behavioral style
  • Know how to adapt for enhanced communication, understanding and relationships
